All of our actions are premeditated by thought!

I was listening to Mike Dooley's Thoughts Become Things this morning on my iPod as I walked around town after walking my little guy to school.

I walk.. and I think.. and ponder... and listen...

The other day when I went to the market, I bought several of those little wonderfully delicious chocolate eggs that are only around at Easter time... can't think of what they're called... you know the one wrapped in colorful tin foil... they're chocolate on the outside with yummy oozy stuff on the inside.

Got into the truck and popped one in my mouth... then another...

Then I started to think about my weight loss goal. I'm doing really well by the way... I'm the incredible shrinking woman... being 9 inches smaller in my mid section!

OK... this morning I had an AHA moment...
Before I went to the grocery store (I need milk and some other things...), I thought of those delicious little chocolate eggs. I thought how yummy it would be to have one.

At the grocery store, I picked up my needed items... and several of those chocolate eggs.

My point being... that first I thought about it... in wonderful detail. I could see the colorful tin wrapper, I could see myself opening it... and enjoying it's rich chocolate yumminess...

So.. here's my AHA...
"All of our actions are premeditated by thought!"

The Secret DVD

I was skeptical as I heard of this movie called The Secret. The name sounded like some kind of gimick...

Then it was recommended to me in a newsletter from a site where I get my audiobooks.

I watched the movie online first. By the time I got to the end... I had to order the DVD! Then I had to order the audiobook! Now... I'd really really like to book version so that I can underline it and really study it!

I have been applying some of the principles in this work... my whole life. I am an optimistic person. I am able to see what I want in my life and to hold onto that vision as if it's my real life!
